Unicard complete update of ISO standards and security certifications

Unicard now have a strengthened range of ISO standards and other certifications following nearly 12 months of extensive external audits.

Our latest certification, ISO 20000-1, has been given to Unicard for the first time.

It completes the recent updating of our certifications, which enhances our organisation’s performance, resilience and reputation.

Our certifications now include:

  • ISO/IEC 20000-1: demonstrating our commitment to delivering high-quality IT services
  • ISO/IEC 27001: helping to protect our most valuable asset - information
  • ISO 22301: ensuring our business can withstand and recover from disruptions
  • ISO 9001: the foundation of operational excellence
  • PCI DSS – Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard: underscoring our dedication to secure payment processing and cardholder data protection
  • Cyber Essentials Plus: validating our organisation’s strong baseline security posture

This certification process involved multiple external auditors, much work by the compliance team and the cooperation of all the different teams within Unicard.
