To help achieve Unicard’s budgeted sales, distribution, revenue and profit targets we are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us develop and expand our client base. You will be at the front line representing the Unicard organisation and will have the ability to create, develop and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales, and identifying and winning new business, whilst forging strong relationships with clients.

As the Service Desk Analyst, you will play a key role in working with the Service Manager to ensure the customer service provision is managed with quality and effectiveness, while also taking ownership of key office operations. The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring smooth service operations and a well-functioning, efficient office environment. We anticipate that following the initial office move the role will be split 95% service, 5% facilities.

As the Service Desk Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the customer service provision is managed with quality and effectiveness. You will be responsible for monitoring service performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and service reporting. This includes driving process enhancements to optimise efficiency and customer satisfaction. Leveraging ITIL best practices, you will support service transition, customer onboarding and stakeholder engagement to maintain high service standards.

Unicard are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Engineer to join our team. You will be working within the Product Engineering team, alongside the Product and Development teams, in an Agile environment to ensure a quality delivery of our product range.
